BOOKING & PAYMENT
Get in touch with us by phone, WhatsApp or email to check availability and confirm the dates. Once agreed, a 30% prepayment is required to secure the booking. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival date. We will always ask you to contact us before making any bank transfer — this is for your security and ours.
We accept bank transfer. For security reasons, please always confirm the bank details directly with us by phone or WhatsApp before transferring any amount.
No security deposit is required for this booking. However, guests accept full responsibility for any damage, loss or breakage caused during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear.
Yes, the minimum stay is 5 nights. For shorter stays please contact us directly and we will see what we can arrange.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, household linen, Wi-Fi and up to 200 kWh of electricity per week. If consumption exceeds 200 kWh, the surplus is charged at €0.50 per kWh. A one-off end-of-stay cleaning fee of €200 applies to all bookings. During winter rentals, water and electricity are metered and charged separately at real consumption.
Yes, the Christmas and Easter periods have specific rates that differ from the standard price table. Please contact us for a quote for those dates.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. If there are no arrivals or departures on the same day, we can often be flexible — just let us know in advance.
Yes. Scina and Sergio will be there to welcome you, hand over the keys and show you around the property. We are always reachable by phone or WhatsApp throughout your stay if you need anything.
THE VILLA
The villa sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms — 2 suites on the upper floor and 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor.
Yes, the pool is entirely private and exclusively for the use of your group during your stay. It measures 5×10 metres with a maximum depth of 2.20m.
Yes. The villa and garden are well suited for families. The pool area includes a shower and toilet, and the outdoor dining space seats 8 people comfortably. Please supervise children around the pool at all times.
Yes, the villa has a private indoor garage with space for up to 2 cars, included in the rental price.
Yes, Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost. The villa also has satellite TV with channels in English, French and German.
The outdoor covered kitchen area beside the pool includes a refrigerator, gas stove, gas griddle, paella grill and a dining table for 8 people — everything you need for cooking and dining outside.
Absolutely. The garden has orange, lemon, fig, almond and medlar trees and guests are welcome to pick from them freely during their stay.
LOCATION
The villa is located approximately 2.5 km from the centre of Calpe — around a 5-minute drive. The town offers supermarkets, restaurants, bars and direct access to the beach.
The beaches of Calpe, including Playa de la Fossa and Arenal-Bol, are reachable in under 10 minutes by car. Both have blue flag status and full services during the summer season.
Alicante Airport (ALC) is approximately 70 km from the villa — roughly a 50-minute drive via the AP-7 motorway.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas.
