Upstairs you will find two suites, both with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. One suite opens onto a private terrace with open sea and forest views — ideal for those who want to wake up to the Mediterranean.

On the ground floor there are two additional large bedrooms with air conditioning, separated by a shared bathroom. The entrance level also includes a guest toilet, a spacious living room with sea view and flatscreen TV, a pellet stove for cooler evenings, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room, a roofed terrace leads directly out to the garden and pool area.

Surrounding it you will find sunbathing chairs, an outdoor shower and a covered kitchen area with gas stove, gas griddle, paella grill and a dining table for 8 — everything for a proper paella afternoon without leaving the property.

The garden stretches across 2,500 square metres with a fountain, a shaded sitting area and fruit trees guests are welcome to pick from: orange, lemon, fig, almond and medlar.
